Próba wieloaspektowej oceny metody internalizacji kosztów zewnętrznych transportu w wersji proponowanej przez KE w tzw. „Zielonym Pakiecie” z lipca 2008 r. Formuła internalizacji (metody i procedury) oraz zakres kosztów zewnętrznych przewidzianych do internalizacji. Prognoza przewozów w Polsce do 2035 r.
Autorska długookresowa prognoza pracy przewozowej oraz przewozów ładunków i pasażerów w Polsce do 2035 r. Podstawą opracowania prognozy przewozów ładunków były przewidiwane zmiany transportochłonności PKB, a prognozę przewozów pasażerskich oparto na przewidywanych zmianach ruchliwości komunikacyjnej ludności. Dokonano wyboru spośród wielu możliwych wariantów. Prognoza transportu ładunków charakteryzuje się niewielkim spadkiem pracy przewozowej. Natomiast wzrost pasażerskiej pracy przewozowej wynika z przewidywania dalszego rozwoju transportu indywidualnego przy użyciu samochodów osobowych.

The Prognosis of The Transport in Poland Untill 2035
The author’s long-term prognosis of the transport work as well as the freight and passenger transport services in Poland until the 2035. The basis for the prognosis elaboration of the freight transport services were the changes predicted in the transport absorbing capacity of the Gross Domestic Product GDP, while the prognosis of the passenger transport services was based on the anticipated changes in the population communication mobility. The choice as made among many of the possible alternatives. The prognosis of the freight transport services characterises itself by the slight transport work decline. However, the growth of the passenger transport work results from the anticipation of the further individual transport development with using the motor-cars.
